A well kept little secret for brides and grooms located in Redington Shores is a delightful place for an authentic beach wedding. Two charming homes set side by side and offer accommodations for up to 22 registered guests. Surrounded by a wonderful patio area with pavilion, beautiful and natural sand dunes and beach foliage create privacy and allow ample room for tables, tents and dancing creating a personal mini resort.

Just steps away the Gulf of Mexico and the soft sandy beach, Serendipity on the Shore provides the finest setting, perfect sunset and backdrop for your ceremony.

Honeymoons, too! Serendipity on the Shore is perfect for a beach honeymoon. Newly weds can enjoy the privacy of their own private beach area and direct access to the beach. Couples can lie on the beach and swim in the warm gulf water, indulge in the many fine restaurants close by or participate in the many fun activities available (parasailing, cruises, Disney world, Busch Gardens and much more!)

The Island Splendor second floor suite is the perfect honeymoon suite. Definitely made for lovers, the suite boasts a wonderful double headed shower, tub for two, king size exotic bed with an island net, tropical d‚cor, including a hand painted armoire with huge Macaws, and Jamaican art that takes you to the islands with out leaving the USA. The balcony offers beautiful views for miles in each direction and is the perfect place for photos and throwing the bouquet.

Terms: Thank you for choosing our beautiful beach home combination for your beach wedding. Serendipity on the Shore is the perfect place for your wedding, reception and honeymoon! To host a wedding you must rent the entire facility.

*	Our Key West style (Beach House, apartment, studio) and duplex (Beach Bliss Villa) combination that will accommodate sleeping arrangements up to 22 overnight registered guests.
*	Parking is a premium on the beach. We have a big parking lot that can accommodate up to 12-15 vehicles. Additional parking is available in public areas or guests can be shuttled in. Guests for large beach weddings must be shuttled in from a public parking area. All vehicles that park anywhere other than permitted will be subject to being towed away.
*	The patio areas have ample room for tents, seating, food stations and dancing.
*	Guests must abide by the terms of the agreement concerning smoking rules, vegetation, glass, conduct and care of the property. It is up to the lessee to inform their guests.
*	Guest (not registered guests) the day of the event are limited to the great room area. Registered guests are permitted to stay overnight, use the private facilities including towels, beds, etc.
*	The two restrooms that can be accessed from the outside of the Coral Cove, Beach Bliss Villa or the Beach Breeze are available for guest for the day of the event.
*	No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the beach or any glass containers. Plastic champagne glasses work well.
*	Events over 40 people will require a paid security personnel or our caretaker for the time of the event.
*	There is a small facility charge of $5 for each wedding guest for the day of event excluding the any registered guests.
*	All events are subject to Redington Shore's ordinances and rules and regulations and the terms of the Serendipity on the Shore agreement.
*	Some months we are more flexible with the dates and terms for weddings so let us know what you have in mind and we will work with you. A Wedding planner is recommended
