Why stay at our beach houses?
- Our homes are located on Lee Avenue, a quiet, quaint street behind Gulf Boulevard and right smack on the sandy beach catching all the balmy Gulf breezes. Our home does not back onto the busy Gulf Boulevard and is buffered by a few houses and a quiet little street (Lee Avenue) so there is NO NOISE and NO TRAFFIC, but within walking distance of most anything anyone needs.
- You can find hundreds of condominiums to rent in Florida, but a beach house on the Gulf waterfront is rare and at a premium. Condominiums are closed in; most have no private beach front or breeze. Guests have to use public elevators to get down to the beach that are void of privacy. At our beach house, guests can walk out the front door onto the beach and with in a few steps are right at the waters edge.
- No yards of decking or flights of steps that make you carry your belongings up and down the steps. Guest who can not negotiate steps are rough, steep, sand dunes will enjoy the level beach, accommodations on the first floor that lead right out the beach and convenient private parking close to the front and side doors.
- Private patios for gatherings and the Beach House a picnic pavilion, beach furniture and equipped with a grill for cookouts. The pavilion offers shade for those who may want to take a break from the sun without having to go inside.
